Mr. Williams has over 30 years experience in sales, management and product development in computer retailing, computer aftermarket retailing, electronic publishing, Internet publishing, Internet communities, Digital Rights Management, identity/privacy technology, video surveillance technology, and computer security. Most business models have patents as a business foundation. Other relevant experience includes the following:

Sharon Payne has an in-depth understanding of the Federal marketplace with over 19 years working in the Government Information Technology industry. She has specialized in building relationships with the key stakeholders in Government IT to include government customers, the system integrator community and innovative product and services companies that serve the public sector. She was formerly the Vice Chair for Industry Advisory Council (IAC) Emerging Technology Shared Interest Group. Currently, she is the Vice-Chair for programs. She was most recently the Director of Government Business Development for Trust Digital. Trust Digital developed a software solution that secures handheld devices such as PDAs and Smartphones.

Dave Steckel has a passion for the application of technology to significantly improve the efficiency of business processes and systems. The implementation of technology solutions to solve business problems and assess and manage risk has always been a central focus of my career. Mr. Steckel began working in technology 20 years ago providing consulting and training solutions for the application of statistical analysis tools (SPSS) for better decision making in business. With full integration with Six Sigma processes, Mr. Steckel is a well rounded corporate advisor for a spectrum of solutions.
